I am a writer living in Richmond, VA. I have been a Somerville Arts Council Fellow, a C.D. Wright / Nan Snow Emerging Writer, a Tent Creative Writing Fellow, and winner of the Thomas Wolfe Fiction Prize. My writing has appeared in Literary Hub, Electric Literature, Catapult, Hayden’s Ferry Review, The Millions, and more. I received my MFA from UNC Wilmington, and I am the former: managing editor of Ecotone, editor-at-large of Cleaver, and editor-in-chief of Penn Review.

I write speculative feminist fiction, and I am currently seeking representation for a novel about a woman who inherits and dreams her mother’s memories.
